No Power Off/Shutdown Menu in Fedora

I have installed Fedora 16 in my Laptop and found out that there is no Turn Off/Power Off/Shutdown button in the GNOME menu. So I had to select Log Out... and then Power Off. If you are also wonder how to make Power Off menu available, here is what you can do.

Open the menu and keep pressing ALT key, you should see the Suspend menu getting changed to Power Off...
